avocado foccacia/bread & spicy red beans paste

one of my favourite "time wasting activity" in the whole interesting world is experimenting in kitchen. because I am vegetarian, I kinda have to work on my food. I never follow the recepies, and I never know what I would like to achieve.
Here is some of my favourite compilation.

 spicy red beans paste

RECEPIES

AVOCADO FOCCACIA

  • Bread flour - 3 1/2 cups to 3 3/4 cups
  • Avocado - 1 medium size
  • Olive oil - 2 TBSP for the dough and more for topping
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Warm Water - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 2 TBSP
  • Active dry yeast - 2 1/2 tsp
You can knead the dough by hand and knead it for 10 minutes and let it rise once and the punch down and place it on the prepared pan. After you place the dough on a pan, you need to pake (with your fingers) small holes, and spread olive oil, on the top. I used chopped red onion on the top - but it's only an option. Dough should be baked in about 20 minutes in 180-200 C.

SPICY RED BEANS PASTE

  • 2 cans of red beans (could use dryed seeds, but then you have to keep them in the wather around 8 hours)
  • olive oil  - 5-7 spoons
  • chilli powder or fresh chilli pepper or cayenne pepper - 3 tbsp
  • chopped red onion (half or one small one)
  • salt
I blend all the goods. After I got smooth consistence I am leaving paste for one hour, to cool. Taste is reacher.
